Incorrect cursors for the ad_campaign_analytics stream is causing the cursor for one campaign to carry onto the the next one. Ex. datetime cursor for Campaign_1 ends on 10/1/2024, Campaign_2 will start incremental looking for >10/1/2024
Creative names are only captured when a user logs in with Oauth, doesn't support access token authentication
