The creation of a guide / to do list of suggestions to everything that may need to happen after the council...

eg.

Upload video content onto view.ly & youtube
Post magicians thread to gather council feedback
Email feedback post to participants, shill on twitter
Archive council ring notes and outcomes

This may play into a potential bigger part of creating an 'councils toolkit' just like how ethglobal has their own events toolkit
