Currently builder build default configuration what is Debug. We should build and test Release configuration also.

This is now a top priority and as I also mentioned when I pinged you guys we need:

the eth CLI client built in Release mode with -DETHCL=1 and DJSCONSOLE=1 in both Windows and OSX.
