Can't send eth, because confirming window is stuck

I've asked for help in the Mist Gitter before filing this issue.

Hello. I have problem with sending transaction, because confirming window is stuck (screenshot in the attachment). I tried many times to delete and install again, synchronize in fast, light and full.

Version: 0.11.1
OS & Version: windows 10 64 bit
Node version: geth 1.8.2
Number of blocks synchronized: 1
Network -main
