On URL reload gives 404 error #63

Hello @ALL

application is working fine on click but when i try to reload any url it's giving me error of 404.

After removing # from route it's like so. below is my code for removing # url .

$locationProvider.html5Mode({ enabled: true, requireBase: false });

Please help me out from this ASAP.
