conformant MEV relays host these data APIs:

https://flashbots.github.io/relay-specs/#/

it would be nice if there was an integration in dora.

thinking something like:

static configuration to point to a set of relay URLs
a page/tab/modal on dora that for each relay:
- shows the most recent (e.g. 4 epochs) of delivered payloads to proposers
- shows the most recent (e.g. 4 epochs) of builder submissions the relay has
