What operating system are you seeing the problem on?

Windows

Bug Behavior

HEVC BG videos do not work (black screen). It works in OutFox. Example simfile
It might be related to #1046

Expected Behavior

HEVC videos play

Reproduction Steps

  1. Add this simfile
  2. Start game and play
  3. BG video doesn't work
