When referencing a color Palette in a chart, it can be desirable to start from a colour other than the first one that is defined in the array.

Desired syntax

<BarChart
   colorPalette=default
   colorPaletteOffset=1
/>

= start from the second color defined in the colorPalette array

This prop should be available for all components that accept a colorPalette
