Hello,

When troubleshooting the generic error message below (at the step of registrer_template) :

==> file.base: Running post-processor:  (type exoscale-import)
==> file.base (exoscale-import): Uploading template image
==> file.base (exoscale-import): Registering Compute instance template
==> file.base (exoscale-import): unable to export Compute instance snapshot: Post "https://api-ch-gva-2.exoscale.com/v2/template": API error: server error
Build 'file.base' errored after 10 minutes 13 seconds: 1 error(s) occurred:
  1. It's quite a nightmare that it uploads again the image, which is already present in SOS and with the correct checksum. I'd be nice that the plugin checks if it actually needs to upload the file.
  2. The packer validate should report all the missing files that are expected by the API (should I create another issue for this? It looks like The default-user field is incorrect #10 )

Without a detailed error message, and given the online documentation is contradicting between the API doc file, the blog post and the code samples, it's hard to figure out how to make it work.

Thank you very much :)

Hello!

Thanks for opening this issue and sorry for lagging with our response.

Could you please provide your .pkr.hcl source depicting what you're trying to achieve and how you employ the post-processor?
