why there is no flag for typescript?

As we know typescript is a very popular language these days. why don't you rewrite it with that or making a flag for creating a new express app by typescript for app generator??

I don't know typescript, but if you know someone who does and has the time and ability to add it to the generator, then it would be accepted. The tracking issue for adding typescript to the generator is expressjs/generator#125

Hey @dougwilson I have not shared this much yet, but I have been working on a more robust and extensible project generator which builds off of the npm init functionality. My goal was, once finished, to propose replacing the current generator with this more modern take. If this direction sounds good, maybe we can send @Apcom there to contribute the typescript template?
