[feature request] Setup wiz changes

Since those would all be in Setup, I lumped them into one issue-thread:

1 - Accessibility >> Bobbing toggle - for some bobbing is worse than any flashing in terms of nausea.

2 - Portable Music Packs/Autoloads

3 - on "Save and play", give choice of IWADs, along with option to skip autoload

P.S.: MAYBE have a Crisp-It launcher similar to what the old shareware Doom-It did?
(I remember that most copies it sold were via Master Levels, but still)

maybe so, but it being buried in "crispness" is kinda annoying, so the point is to have it listed in setup's accessibility along with flashes and palette changes.
