It's a bit confusing, but the header tag isn't a heading. It's a wrapper block for a group of heading information. This means it doesn't replace heading tags (h1, h2 etc). You need at least an h1 for the main title on every page.

To better the SEO score in the Chrome audit might be an idea to have the title of the blog/page to be an h1 and the post titles to be h2s.
