when I run following command in terminal
conda install pytorch==0.1.8 torchvision torchaudio cudatoolkit=8.0 -c pytorch

There is a packagesNotFoundError

PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:

pytorch==0.1.8
cudatoolkit=8.0
