Fever Baselines - details

It would be great if further clarifications could be given to how the baseline retrieval results on FEVER were generated. I found the file https://github.com/facebookresearch/multihop_dense_retrieval/blob/main/mdr/retrieval/fever.ipynb but it seems like multiple things were tried out in this file, particularly for the entity linking approach.
