MuTox Dataset Annotated Timeline not matching

In the mutox.tsv file from the repo, there are rows with id formatted as "arb_7178" and "vie_314185" throughout the file, approximately 40k of them. And majority of these items have timestamps mismatched.
For example, arb_7178's url is only a 31minutes and 22 second-long clip, but the associated timestamps are 21484032 21608928 in miliseconds, which converts to 05:58:04 and 06:00:08, in hr:min:sec format.

Am I missing something?
