Handle .cold functions on linux

The clang compiler seems to create duplicate functions in some cases. These are labeled .cold

We must require that cold functions are never directly detourable. Instead, whenever any function is detoured it must check if there exists a cold duplicate and detour both.

Also it is important to ensure that msvc does not have a similar concept.
