Adding the Dragon and Lotus variants

Hey, the original kanagawa.nvim has additional variants. Dragon (more neutral and lower contrast) and Lotus (light).

I'm currently working on porting these variants for the helix editor. If there is interest in incorporating them into this plugin I'd gladly work on it also.
