View not ready. SAVED NOTIFICATION

everything works fine in this plugin i am sending data message notification from node server then receive it in ionic app . it works well when app in foreground and in background , but when app is killed or closed from recent app tray onNotification callback not called until i reopen the application
android studio logcat show this message View not ready. SAVED NOTIFICATION when notification send from server to app and app is closed .. how to get notification even when app is closed and process it
