I'm using an inject node to send a brightness:25 string to my working connection of LB120.
Nothing happens.
Am I missing something or it's an issue? I will be glad to become a tester for any code improvement.

I guess the latest changes are not yet pushed to npm. You can try now by replacing the smart-bulb.js file in the following path ~/.node-red/node_modules/node-red-contrib-tplink-smarthome with the one in this repository. Let me know whether it works.

It's working like a charm!
I've ended up cloning the whole git and found out that package.json doesn't have a version change, instead of the code changes, or a correct git repository, making it really hard to update in the conventional ways (NPM for example).
Check my #9 pull request with added functionality for temperature control and some fixes for version control and documentation.

Thanks @rajamalw !

It's September 2019 and this issue (and fix by @rajamalw ) worked for me - thanks.

I guess it still has not been pushed to npm? I'm using version 0.1.1 in node red palette manager and there is no update available.
