Hi,
I am busy trying to upgrade my npm from version 6.4.1 to 6.9.0. After running npm-windows-upgrade and selecting version 6.9.0 to install, nothing happens afterwards, the cursor is just continuously blinking, seems as if it's stuck or not working. Screenshot below:
