Hi,

I'm having issues with the HEN Network every time I press the button, the following error message appears:

Here's the text extracted from the error message

HENSAD critical error!
X

The application crashed and will be closed.
⚠ If you wish, a log of the crash can be found in the application folder under the name 'HENSAD.log'.

To report this, you can open an issue on the HENSAD Github repository and upload the log file contents so you can help us to fix this problem.

[Save log file] [Discard]

The problem is that this error message also comes up occasionally as soon as I have entered the streams... I don't know what the cause could be. Eventually, I managed to save the project to bypass this error message... Because after the error message, I can only crash the program...

After I successfully saved the file, the problem is that every time I click on the "Design Tool" button, this error message appears. Do you possibly know what could be the cause? I extracted the file according to the instructions and am using the application within the file, so not as Python code.

Another question would be, what unit is the heat transfer coefficient [Kj/m^2K]? Because I am not familiar with this unit in connection with the heat transfer coefficient, I know the unit [W/m^2K] in that context.

A quick response would be helpful.
Thanks in advance.

@schwebo I'm having the same issue with the design tool. Were you able to resolve the issue by any chance?
