comparing output vs TOSEC source

I tried doing a conversion of Virtua Athlete 2000 (USA) (En,Fr,De,Es) from redump, and comparing it vs TOSEC. track1 and track3 files match, but TOSEC's track2 appears to have 2368 bytes of leading NULL bytes that the track2 output from the conversion does not (otherwise, the data appears to be identical accounting for the bytes being shifted).
