Integration of MLPro into Orange

Description/Motivation
Orange Data Mining is an open-source framework for machine learning and data visualization in Python. It provides a no/low code user interface for own ML applications. It is also extensible by 3rd-party projects. As part of this issue MLPro shall be integrated into Orange.
