Purpose

Support dragging and dropping http links into slate and processing the resulting data to enable visual bookmarking.

Deliverable

A user should be able to drag any webloc http link into slate and store the result as a slate object, this should be parsed, processed and uploaded to slate like any other object.

Dependencies

We are likely required to use a 3rd party dependency to process the link to either retrieve the page metadata or screenshot at least until we have our own service for this. (ref #519)
