Improvement Suggestion

先说现状，我目前使用单sealer做所有任务，没有区分。
但是目前在winpost断开websocket时，P1 P2 C阶段都不受影响，依然正常工作，但是到了凌晨3点左右进行时空证明的时候就会失败，并且没有消息提醒，经过几轮排查发现是websocket断开了，但是断开没有征兆也很难排查，对算力影响也极大，希望能增加重试的机制。
