Adding a Settings Menu

Hey Felipe, i'm studying your code in this weeks and i was able to change the dataset and make some changes, which is great.

I ask you for an opinion if you think it would be possible to add a splash screen in which to define settings such as selecting a csv and secondly opening the actual page of the chart, this is what I'm trying to create, but currently I've only made a hole in the 'water.
I hope for your opinion.
