All engine settings

Use the uci command to load and display all of the available engine settings (maybe hidden under some "advanced settings").
This could also be used to automatically fill the engine name and verify that the selected binary is indeed a uci chess engine since now you can select any program.

And I will update how the settings get applied. I noticed the following errors when I ran Leela Chess Zero too.
