Would be great to implement the necessary types for the upcoming Pectra hardfork.

Is there anything specific to be done in the builder? Wouldn't the types be implemented in Reth and Alloy directly?

I guess you are right! Wanted to open this issue to track any necessary changes, if there aren't any then the better :)
