COVID-19 is entirely missing for the following launched languages: de, it, ru

This is pretty bad :(

This will get fixed when we sync these translations with Lokalise. That said, it will result in pending-sci-review notices for a bunch of these languages so a short term solution here may be to deploy pending-sci-review notices to COVID-19 (PR #392 for this is pending) and do partial language refresh just for COVID-19 pages for affected languages. This breaks the styling somewhat but I believe something is still better than nothing.
