How to add custom privileges in Tizen?

I added this to my renative.json

"platforms": {
    "tizen": {
      "includedPermissions": [
        "http://samsung.com/tv/metadata/use.conformant",
        "http://samsung.com/tv/metadata/use.floating"
      ]
    }
  }

After I have built the project, I don't see them in the config.xml

My goal is to allow the native keyboard.

Hello, did you find a way to do this ? I am looking for this only but not able to find it
