Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When rolling out TAK to a large, mixed-device agency implementers don't want to have to create multiple config files for each platform

Describe the solution you'd like
Support the config.pref file from ATAK to toggle the interface elements and config options that are common between the platforms
