Letter-assigned piano keys scroll off with octave shifts

As was the case in 1.8 there is no option to keep all the keyboard letter keys on-screen at all times despite octave shifts. Instead the keyboard letters slide off the keyboard, which is far from useful if you can't remember which keys are which. It'd be very helpful to just shift the keys by octave, so the lettered keys stay exactly where they are.
