onBeforeSeek returning false unreliable

This is a regression in core player 3.2.18 or controls 3.2.16. Please compare:

• http://flowplayer.blacktrash.org/test/issue279.html#3218 - core 3.2.18 + controls 3.2.16: broken
• http://flowplayer.blacktrash.org/test/issue279.html#3217 - core 3.2.17 + controls 3.2.15: works

For "normal" seeks the constant updating of the controlbar during seek is probably better - I guess that was introduced in the latest version - but it should not break onBeforeSeek.
