Problem description
When you have a pawn with bionics that push i.e. movement past 100%, and then the pawn gets a minor injury like a missing toe, the injured pawn will not be listed when the filter is selected.
Describe the solution
All lasting injuries (grey items, scars, etc) should qualify a pawn as being listed under the 'not completely healthy' filter regardless of bionic bonuses.
