[webview_flutter_lwe] There seems to be a memory leak.

• flutter-tizen/plugin: 5b0f1ed

Load 'about:blank' in main.dart.
When nothing is clicked, webview_flutter_lwe's memory(pss) is slowly increased like a graph following.
However when clicking other menus, the memory increases significantly.
