Usa punteros inteligentes en lugar de punteros normales para reservar dinámicamente memoria.

Ejemplo:
storm = new Storm(ipos, bearing, speed, rad, height);
sería
storm = std::shared_ptr(new Storm(ipos, bearing, speed, rad, height));
