Validator Data/Transaction Data not appearing in explorer

Describe the bug
When trying to view info on a specific validator the site gives an error and transactions aren't displayed either. However, the validator list is working and blocks are being shown correctly.

Expected behavior
https://explorer.unification.io/ it should be working as the mainnet explorer is right now.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Rest client and the explorer are running on separate instances both running Centos 7
  COSMOS SDK - 0.38.5
  BD - v0.37.x-patch-5

Additional context
I checked the rest client logs and passenger logs and nothing really standing out in terms of issues which is why I'm a little confused now on how to proceed with debugging.

Please try the latest master which is targeting SDK v0.38.x. The version your are using is targeting v0.37.x which is the version for most of the running mainnet.
