Which components does the task require to be changed? (think hard pls)

Description

The init_new_project previously used DEV_DISABLE_SNFORGE_STD_DEPENDENCY env var to be able to pass on CI. This was changed in one of the PRs and reintroduced in release 0.31.0 due to failure.

Revisit these tests and verify that they behave as intended (not only pass but in fact test what they are supposed to be testing).
