Education app install fails on frappe cloud

This issue was originally reported on frappe but was asked to open it here.

Education app install fails on frappe cloud. On a newly created frappe cloud account, I attempted to create my first site with just the education app. The app failed to install - leaving behind a footprint. Clean up on a failed education app was not complete. Some records were left behind, preventing me from attempting to recreate the site by the same name.

The issue was that I had not installed the ERPNext app on the site first.

The suggested solution is to check and install ERPNext if required prior to installing education.

How to reproduce:

• Create a new account on frappe cloud
• Install education module
• It will fail to install
