Material Request (Transfer) does not validate duplicacy based on Sales Order for Bundle item.

Information about bug

When a user tries to create multiple (duplicate) material requests against a single Sales Order for a bundle item, the system allows the user to do so.
Ideally, once a MR is created, the system should validate and stop/warn the user of the duplicacy.
