RMA - Return material authorisation

After manufacturing and product is shipped. During free warranty period and AMC period (If amc is taken)free replacement or service of parts required.

As per product bom erpnext should allow to send free spares or service as per warranty period and amc. To replace free spares customer requires RMA - return material authorisation. RMA form tracks individual spares as per BOM. ERPNEXt should allow to generate RMA, replace new spare with serial number and update record, also track cost involved in free service and amc.
