Auto: Power cell gathering after score

We already have the framework in our AutoChooser to gather power cells from either the trench of the shield generator however these have not been tested and additionally we do not have paths defined for the shield generator commands.

This task includes completing and testing those operations in our shop. There may be opportunities to practice this at the Thunderdome practice field as well in advance of our next competition.
