@apyrgio @almet just noting that updating yum-tools-repo CI actions to use ubuntu 24.04 caused a build failure: https://github.com/freedomofpress/yum-tools-prod/actions/runs/12172701282/job/33951844026 . This may need to be addressed, else we can (for a couple years longer) pin it to use the Ubuntu 22.04 image.

I think we have encountered a similar issue in the main Dangerzone repo and know how to fix it for Ubuntu 24.04. Adding it in our 0.9.0 milestone.
