Can't order My Notes page by last filing on mobile

We recently re-did the notes page so that it works better. It does, but a user complains that when they're on mobile, they can't sort by "Last Filing" anymore. They're right. Now it looks like this:

Sigh. They report that if they put their phone in landscape mode, they see this, which allows it, so they haev that as a workaround:

We don't need to fix this now, but we should make sure this works when we redesign the profile pages.
