Look into if the DeepSeek models are covered by the Bedrock credits
Identify models worth experimenting
Use Pau's dataset + excerpts + prompt to run through Bedrock DeepSeek models to establish DeepSeek baseline
Tune the prompt to better suit DeepSeek models + look into documentation to force output in json format
Analyze the result and identify the best model + prompt & identify shortfalls
