Process is Killed for long genome #4

I am trying to run qgrs-cpp in ubuntu bash. It works perfectly on smaller size files. But if I give more than 10K sequence the process is 'Killed'.
I have an 8GB Ram and i5 processor system.

I have run on a single chromosome of drosophila also 1Mb size, still facing the same issues.
