Make the Icons customizable on a tree basis

Make it possible for trees to set custom icons.

The question for me is whether we should allow setting custom links to images (no storage problem on our site, but don't know whether there could be any CSS attacks), uploading Files (probably safer cause we can set the correct MIME type and everything, but we need to actually host stuff)
