Logo on EN website doesn't link to EN homepage #513

Describe the bug
When you're on the English version of the website, the logo will still link back to the Dutch homepage. So when you're exploring the English website, it's impossible to reach the homepage (with one click).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'http'
  2. Click on 'Logo Fronteers'
  3. Reach Dutch homepage

Expected behavior
The logo should link to the English homepage when you're on the English version of the website.
