This is a note that we can introduce an XLA backend.
This can be either by implementing an XLA backend in DiffSharp (see "XLA Frontends" on the page https://www.tensorflow.org/xla so DiffSharp would be another frontend like JAX or PyTorch) or going through the existing PyTorch backend https://pytorch.org/xla/release/1.9/index.html
