Write up contribution guidelines

Should include:

How to add a new operation at RawTensor level
How to add a new operation at Tensor level, with the extension API
How to add tensor tests
How to add derivative tests, referring contributors to difftorch

The document should also have a full example showing all these steps for a simple case.
